Over the course of one year, composer Elmer Ferrer set out to write and produce a new cinematic cue every week. The result is a growing archive of atmospheric sketches, dramatic underscores, and cinematic soundscapes — many of which have evolved into fully produced tracks now available in the OMR Sync Library.

About the Project
The 52 Week Cue Series began as a creative discipline. Composer Elmer Ferrer set out to write and produce a new cinematic cue every week for an entire year. The goal was simple: stay in a constant state of musical creation, experiment with new sonic textures, and explore the emotional language of film scoring.
Some cues emerged as atmospheric sketches. Others developed into fully realized cinematic pieces built around tension, rhythm, and dramatic movement. Over time the series evolved into a diverse library of music capable of supporting a wide range of visual storytelling — from psychological suspense and dark drama to emotional reflection and atmospheric sound design.
Today the project stands as both a creative archive and a foundation for the growing OMR Cinematic Collection. Many tracks from the series have been further developed and organized into curated playlists designed for film, television, trailers, and streaming productions.
